Michael McHenry
Michael McHenry has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the global chemicals and materials industry.
Most recently, he served as CEO of Techmer PM. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Master Fluid Solutions, BASF Corporation, and Ciba Specialty Chemicals.
Michael McHenry holds a degree in chemistry from Rutgers University.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Ed Ray
Ed Ray has more than 25 years of financial leadership experience in the global chemicals industry. Most recently, he was CFO at OCI Methanol.
Ed Ray is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Macalester College and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Christina Fuchs
Christina Fuchs has over 20years of experience in human resources and in leadership roles at international technology-driven companies.
Most recently, she was VP of HR at Danfoss Power Solutions.
She holds an Executive MBA from Munich Business School, a degree in education, and is a systemic management coach.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Dr. Albrecht Schwerin
Albrecht Schwerin has more than 25 years of experience in the global chemicals industry. He joined the company as COO in2022.
He studied chemistry and holds a doctorate from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany. He has received a Global Executive Master of Business Administration (GEMBA) degree from the IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO)
Scott Farmer
Scott Farmer has more than 30 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain management, mergers and acquisitions, and logistics. He has built strong organizations, led major transformations, and consistently delivered outstanding results throughout his career.
Scott Farmer holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wilmington College.
Chief Transformation Officer (CTO)
Bastian Kuhl
Bastian Kuhl has many years of experience in transformation, restructuring, and turnaround management.
After completing his officer training with the German Armed Forces, he worked for renowned consulting firms. He then took on management positions in industry and, since July 2023, has been managing director of RTeurope GmbH, a consulting firm specializing in transformation, restructuring, and turnaround management.
Bastian Kuhl studied business administration at the University of the German Armed Forces in Munich and at the European School of Business in Munich/Reutlingen.
